Tanab Bayo: Exploring Magrug and House of Dirt Nepal

Thenthuk- a Himalayan soup loved in Nepal and very popular in areas like Boudha of Kathmandu m. During my high school days, whenever I would go to Boudha, it was the dish I didn’t want to miss out. I made this in a vegetarian way so that everyone can enjoy it but you can always add meat during the soup preparation itself or some crisped up meat at the end to get those flavours.
